I changed my name and passport recently. I was trying to access/complete the service for Re issue of OCI card through Miscellaneous services. As I was filling I noticed that there were two parts to the application form. Part B asks questions relating to relatives living in India and also when and the conversion took place to a overseas citizen and others in the family who have applied/hold OCI card. I haven't completed the application form and decided to cancel it half through in the fear it might amount to fresh registration where in the costs are high; where as for name change through Miscellaneous services is by far less. When I processed applications for others, I didn't come across these issues and there was only a one page form. I would like to have this doubt clarified before I submit the forms, as to whether there has been any recent changes to form itself as put out by Government of India. I would appreciate a clarification and thanks in advance for the assistance
