Moved from Seattle to Boston after paying the renunciation fees

Hello,
I paid the Indian passport renunciation fee at SFO center, since i was residing at Seattle. But before submitting the application, I ended up moving to Boston. Now I am not sure if i can send the application to the New York Centre. The paper work including the shipping label has been generated as per the SFO address. I called up SFO center but no body is picking up.

Can somebody please advise as to what to do?
