Hi All,
Last year I had to go to India on emergency and I took visa for my daughter( US born) to India instead of OCI card. She stayed in India for more than 180 days along with my wife and then came to the US. Now I am planning to send her again to India with the same visa. Do you think that can cause a problem for her entry to India?
Any of you has more info on the OCI registration?
It is stated on the Visa that OCI registration is needed for the stay longer than 180 days.
Any inputs greatly appreciated.
