I have been living in India for the last 30 years .Born in UK bought up in India.
A year back I applied and got a British passport.With plans to go to UK kinda changed ,I am in a fix.Presently applied for a Visa.Now I would like to know
If i am eligible for an OCI my Father is an Indian(National) and Mother is British(National).My Brother a Doctor living in UK (he had been living in India same as me)got his PIO very fast.
I would like to know if i am eligible for a OCI .
And is there any disadvantage of having an OCI if one goes abroad compared to a PIO.
