i have completed bsc computer science in 2003 and working in a s/w company as a software test engineer for around 3 and a half years. one of a consultancies in US is ready to sponsor H1b for me. The company im currently working is not a big concern. Is Bsc with 3+ years of exp is sufficient for applying H1b? As getting the sponsor from a consultancy will be effective like getting from a company???????
what are the possibilities of getting visa..?can anyone provide the needed help.
