Passport for my kids
Hi
I am a British Citizen (holding a British Passport) staying in India for over 20 years and also an Overseas Citizen of India. I got married to an Indian Citizen sometime back and now have 2 minor children who are holding Indian Passports. Being British Citizens by descent, my children are eligible for British Passports, therefore I was planning to apply for their British Passports as well. At present they are both in school.
My question is if they get they get their British Passports would they still be Indian Citizens and if not what procedures do I have to follow so that they can continue to stay in India and study here without any problems.
Can anyone help?
