I have a question... Here is my scenario:
1. Moved to the US with maiden name had an indian passport
2. Got US Citizenship with maiden name and changed to US Passport
3. Got married and now changed name to Married name on US Passport
For me to submit and OCI Application what documents do I need to submit?
1. Indian Passport (cancelled)
2. Maiden Name US Passport (Cancelled)
3. Married Name US Passport (Valid)
4. Indian Birth Certificate has maiden name on it
5. Marriage Certificate
Please advise... Also how many photographs in total? 3 or 5?
