OCI application updates:
After calling and e-mailing many many times, I finally went straight to CGI-Houston in person to get the following answers.
Note: This is valid for Houston, I don't know anything about other offices.
1. Photo size: 2" x 2" (51cm x 51cm)
2. No. of Photos: 4 per person
3. Take completed forms and requirements to the Houston office in person.
No aapointment is required-Don't call, Don't e-mail, just go there.
