Do I need Visa for my Kids who have PIO card

Hello Team,

My wife and I became US citizens a month back, we are planning to travel to India.
Our kids who are born US citizens have PIO cards.

Now we are planning to get the India Visa to enter India.
My question is do I need to file for Visa for my kids also or their PIO card will work for this travel.

Travel is this month.
Please help if you know the details around it.
