Indian Passport Renewal for my son

My son's passport is getting expired in June. I am planning to send the documents to Chicago Indian Consulate and get him a new passport. When i checked the required document list, it says proof of address. What proof of address should i give for my son - i don't think he has any ??!!??

Please let me know what you did when renewing your kids Indian passport.
