Passport Spelling Correction - Court Order Process

Hi All,

I am in USA and I need to do first name spelling correction in my son passport. For this we need a court order.

Please advise the process to get the court order. do we need to get it from from india or can we do it her in USA also?

May i know the process to get the Court order? please help
