A divorcee(non-custodial parent) got a job in India which is title wise higher then present job but salary wise lesser than current earnings in USA. Also so far paying child support is not an issue as kids are also in US, but if that non-custodial parent moves to India, child support becomes very difficult as salary is not par of US. If non-custodial parent decides to pay only per salary(reduced child support) as court will not allow for reduced child support(whatever the reason is), can the US court force the US based MNC in India to enforce the US court order in Indian soil. Specifically can US court order the US-based Indian company to deduct the money from non-custodial parent paycheck? Does the US jurisdiction extends to Indian soil even the company's payroll run in India but head-quartered in US.
