Paperwork help Trying to get my wife and kids here.
I'm a U.S Citizen but naturally born in Brazil, i know this is mostly for India and such but my friend suggested this forum for me.
I recently got married 30 days ago, I'm trying to get my wife and kids here, but got a couple of questions im a bit confused on.
1. If i start the paperwork with the I-130 and I-485 this would mean they would come here with greencards correct?
2. If they have green cards once here, how often they go back home?
I was told the kids need to be here for 7 months?
3. I have intentions of moving back to Brazil, but i want them to be able to come back and fourth like me, does this mean they need to become a citizen first, like me?
4. Is there a visa i can get for them, that allows them to come here when they want? And go back home so I'm not tied down to the U.S anymore ?
I know this is probably not the right forum for this so i apologize ahead of time if i posted in the wrong thread.
My kids are 5 , 10 and 12 My wife has never been to the U.S and has no issues with the law back home.
