Case number for LABOR and i140

My LABOR certification is approved and soon my company will file i140 for me.

I am wondering what happens when i change the job after i get i140 approved. I understand i need to get new approval for LABOR and i140 for the new job, but do i need to get case number of LABOR certification and i140? I am sure my current company will not give me anything.

Please guide me.
