I have 4 year bachelor degree and 10+ years of experience in the current company. Apart from this no other work experience. I have both valid H1B and EAD in EB3 category. My priority date is March 2005. I am aware that from the current company I cannot apply for EB2 as I neither have the accountable 5 yrs work experience nor a Master degree. I am NOT willing to quit my current company. I am trying to apply EB2 while working in the current company. Is it possible to simply apply for EB2-PERM by using an offer letter alone from a new company which indirectly indicates my current 10 years experience? Can I do this without joining the new company? Please let me know if this can be done. If so, how should my offer letter look like? Apart from an offer letter do I need any other document from the new company. Please clarify.
