PERM for an individual with a pending asylum status
Hello,
I am current working with an EAD I received from a pending asylum case. I was in F-1 status when I applied for asylum. Due to the long waiting period, I am no longer in status as an F-1 student.
Can I still get a PERM from an employer and adjust status in the future? If not, what are my options. My wife is currently F-1.
