My employer is willing to file for me in EB2 category. I want to know what should be the job description so that it maximizez my chances for getting approved in EB2 with lower salary grade requirments.
I have Bachelor degree ( industrial engg) from india ( 4 years).
I have 1.5 years of exp from India after BS degree.
I have Master degree ( industrial engg) from US .
I have 14 months of exp after MS in US .
I am currently working with the my employer for 5.5 years under H1B.
NOTE : All Exp .is more than 50 % different than EB2 job description.
I want to know how to format my job desc.
I have seen a few threads with people going with either BS degree + exp AND/ OR MS degree + exp. I want to know what would be best in my case.
I know i am real late in filing for GC but desprately need EB2 category with lower salary wages.
Pls advice me in this matter.
