Recently USCIS released the guidelines (Fact Sheet) for the automatic Extension of certain EAD. Applicants must have applied before expiration date, have in certain category in valid EAD and this matches with the renewal application.

I have a bit of a situation:

I have my visa appointment coming up in a few weeks time. I have my 1-797C with me but not my I-797A. In fact it never got delivered to my employer. Do you think it is okay for my to go ahead with the interview? }

H1B Transfer with I-797C copy

Hi All,

Could you please let me know if it is possible to get H1B transferred with I-797C copy (i.e. Application Receipt Notice).?
The employer is not sharing I-797A (Approval Notice).
