Hi All- I have my I140 approved six months back. I go promoted recently and I have 5-7 reportees under me. When I asked attorney, he/she mentioned that I need to process PERM and I140 again retaining the old priority date.

Hello Everyone,
I have few questions regarding revoking I140 after GC approval.
Could the sponsoring employer revoke I140 after GC has been approved? If so, under what circumstances? Could it be revoked even if someone switches job after 6 months of getting the GC?

GC Filled under: EB2
Priority Date: August 28th 2008
I-140 approved Date: October 15th 2009
I-485 : Waiting for dates to become current.
