Can I enter Canada as a Visitor on B2 USA Visa?

I have B2 Multiple entry Visa for 10 years. I have visited US in 2010 and 2011 and I want to go to US in 2014 when I want to visit Canada as well. As A friend will have a few musical concerts in Toronto and Ontario .So I want to go to see his performances. So will I be able to enter Canada with B2 US...
