Hello,

I have a valid L1b visa valid till 30th August 2022 and PED till 25th July 2022. I havent travelled to USA on this visa yet. Now, my employer is planning my travel and has started processing L1b renewal. Based on this situation I have few queries:

My L1A Extension was applied along with my Family (L2) under normal processing on June 28. I got Acknowledgment dated July 8. I could see that my visa status as in progress (no mention of processing type). On July 17, my employer had premium conversion which USCIS might have received on July 18, Overnight...

I am an Quality Assurance engineer based in Bangalore, My US visa was refused three times in 7 years.

1st attempt 2006 Jan chennai - B1 visa- I was not carrying the training schedule and the visa was refused
2nd attempt 2006 Oct chennai - B1 visa - I reapplied...

2. Our I-192s expires on 1 month from now.
3. Our I-94 expires after 3 years from now.
