Urgent: L2 to H4

I am currently on L1-B (valid until Nov 24, 2016) and will move to H1-B (approved) effective this Oct 1st.
My wife is currently in India and travelling on Sept 7th on valid L2. Once in US, I plan to file for change of status to H4.

Recently my L1 to H1 conversion got approved and i received an approval notice but looks like my employer missed to send dependent application along with my application.
