Hi,
I plan to visit Shanghai and would like to apply for a H-1B visa stamp there. Does anyone know how long it generally takes and how high is the risk of having your visa denied (I am not Chinese).
Thanks!

I'm sending off for my visa, does she need to do this or will her green card be enough?
Thank you for clearing this up.
