I was supposed to graduate Dec 13, and in anticipation of that, I got my "Apply for OPT" i-20 from my DSO in Nov 13.
But I soon realized that I wont be graduating in Dec. Hence, I DID NOT APPLY for OPT.
I registered for 1 more sem, but did not notify my...
