i am a US immigrant, and mom of twins (boys), i'm currently here in Philippines with my 2 son. My husband had filed immigrant visa for my boys and he told me it will take 6 months before i can get their visa.

My husband and me are traveling to India in january. We both are on H1B and applying for visa stamping during our visit. Do we need to specify each other as travel companion? Neither of us are on dependent Visa.
