I received a 7th year extension before completion of 6 years of H1B. It was due to Perm pending for > 365 days. The 7th year ends on 3/21/17 after capturing of all duration outside US.
Employer didn't pursue I-140 in 6 month window after PERM got approved and the application...

Hi All,
I received a 221g blue letter after a dropbox. I had a employer change while in US and consulate is asking for additional documents some of which are confidential employee/wage information.
The 221G letter said to attend the interview and bring all the documents... -
