I-129 Case Status: Need Help

Hi,

My employer recently filed for a I-129 under premium processing and when I see the status online, it only shows that the case is approved, does it mean that I-129 is approved or only the premium processing is approved?

I came to US on student visa graduated and my h1 got rejected so I again joined in some other coll Now my h1 got approved

and my h1 effective date is today oct 1 2012,But my coll dso called me and she said that she is not able see me in my H1 approval list...
