I am working with Company X with Client A for last 4 years. I had to file extensions every year with the same client and same designation D1. Last year I got RFE on this extension and we provided client letter.

My H1 is expired and My employer filed for extension on 11th sept 2013.
Now, my project is about to end in 31st dec 2013.
Can my employer file another LCA while my H1 extension in progress, so that I can work for other client and/or location?
