Hi,

Working for Firm A. Firm B has offerred a permanent US Position with them for Client C & Have filed my H1B Visa this year in premium processing. Got H1B visa approved in 1st of May. Went for stamping to chennai in July this year. Got 221g due to non availability of Client Letter....

Hi,

I am currently located in India. I got my H1B visa stamped for client A and got LCA approved for CA location. Because of the stamping process and 221g delay, that position got closed and my employer suggested me to look for a new opening my self. Now I got a job offer for client...
