How do I file a complaint on SplendTek Consultancy for not processing H1B
hi,
I have paid 1500 USD for processing my H1B Visa to SplendTek Consultancy for the year 2015. They said they have filed my H1B but it did not picked.
When I ask them to provide my Receipt Number or any other proof they are not responding to me either thru Emails or Phone calls....
