My H1 B visa was approved in year 2012 and got stamped in 2013.I got duration for 8 months and it got expired in 31-Dec-2013.Please suggest if I can re-utilize same visa under CAP exempt category for how long.I heard that same visa can apply under CAP exempt category for any times...
