H4 Drop Box - H1B not stamped

I moved from H1B to L1 and never had H1 Stamped on my passport. But validity of my I-94 and New H1B is valid till 12/2020.
My wife and Son had H4 stamped and which was valid till 04/2018.

Now they traveling to India and as per visa interview scheduling website,...
