Valid Student Visa, Expired Passport

Hi Everyone,

I have an Official Indian Passport which contains my F1 Student Visa in it. This Official Passport expired last month so i applied for a Regular Indian Passport and received that last week. I need to travel back to the US on 23/08/2014 to attend classes for the Fall semester....

I travelled to USA on Mutil entry Buniess VISA which is vaild for 10 years.
During my Visit i was arrested and **** charges like Rape was put on me duw to which i was arrested. All the charges later withdrawn and i was not found guilty.
