Here is the situation :

H1 valid until Sep 9 ( 6 years completion)

I-94 valid until Sep 19
Just got I140 approval.

1. If my employer files for the h1extension, and the application reaches USCIS 3-4 days after Sep 9th - will it be a problem ?

I'm currently on L1 B Visa from 2010 untill 2013. During my recent travel back from India in Jan 2012, I got an I 94 valid intill 2015. Does this mean I stay in US untill 2015 though my visa is not valid after 2013? Pls note I have been on LI B from 2007 till 2010 as well.....
