Filing I-130 in person at USCIS Office in New Delhi

I am an USC citizen living in Bangalore, planning to file I-130 consular processing for my wife. Can anyone share their experiences in filing 1-130 in person at USCIS Office in New Delhi

Hi...i m US citizen. And i got married with indian citizen girl. And i am here from last 3 months. Means i lived here for 90 days. So i am able to do petition for my wife frm New Delhi or not?? Bcoz i heard that they dont accept this type of application no more......is it true??? Anybody heard or know...
