Hi Immihelp,

I have a question.

I have completed my 6 years stay in US. My current employer had already started my GC processing, but in the 6th year, so I had to leave US.
I am currently out of US and my PERM as well as I-140 have now been approved and I am ready...

am i eligible for Eb2? how long it takes to clear 2 stages of gc

I have bachelor of computer (16 YRS) + 2yrs india work experience + 4 years US experience.am I eligible for eb2?
I have 2 yRs left on my h1. If my employer files in EB3 can I get clear the gc stage from where on I can apply for yearly h1 extension in time ?
