My I-94 expired on 14th Jan 2011 as my passport was going to expire on that day too. I had my passport renewed few months back, an totally forgot about my I-94, Realised it 10 days late and immediately informed my company. Their lawyers filed for my extension in premium process, but till then 25 days...
