Can L2 EAD holders work outside the state of L1 ?

Hi,
I am in United States in L2 visa and I also got my EAD card.

My Spouse is working in a company at Idaho state.

My doubt is whether i can work in other states(other than Idaho) in US?

Because i have job offers from California and Georgia.

L2 EAD Job Option

I am on L2-EAD and having number of job offers.

Before accepting any offer just wanted to know following:

1) What is the difference in W2 and C2C
2) which one is better in terms of pay scale?
