Their processing time for I-140 (NIW) seems to be around 10 months while Texas service center processing times are 2.5 months. Hi All,

My H1-B extension is filed in Nebraska Service Center, which is almost now 90 days of receiving my Form I-129. USCIS web portals has confirmed this and I got the Receipt Number.

Can any one here tell me how much time it takes to get the decision done over H1-B Visa...
