Hi All,

My wife is working on H1-B from Oct-2013 till Sep-2016. Now she is on paid maternity leave for first 6 weeks and on unpaid maternity leave through FMLA and NJFLA for 12 more weeks. She will not receive any paycheck during that unpaid period.
