Reading all the posts here about h1b remainder policy, I believe I am qualified for that option. I got my h1b from Oct 2005 and left the US on 2008 to pursue my MBA in Europe. I am now planning to go back into the US in early 2010 with a work visa (assuming I can get a US employer to sponsor...
