My wife works as a management analyst in Non-IT organization and is in her 2nd year of H1. She is Comp Science graduate and MBA from India. However, she wants to move to IT and planning to do her Masters in Comp Science part-time or full-time. Also, her current employer is willing to file for her GC....

I am an Indian citizen currently in US on an L2 visa. I work here and wanted to apply to part time MBA. But the university rejected my candidacy saying that I cannot apply for part time courses on an L2 but I can only apply for a full time course. Does anyone have any idea if I can apply for the part...
