Per Diem Rules: temp firm wants to reduce my rate and give a fixed per diem
Temp firm wants me to accept a fixed daily per diem in exchange for a must lower rate (one third lower). With the per diem I come out slightly ahead assuming I work an eight hour day be lose significantly if I work overtime, because the per diem is fixed.

I had a question on how often per diem should be paid. My employer will pay my per diem "whenever" they feel like it. Some times I will go several weeks or months without getting any and then I'll get paid for a week. Then next week I might get paid for a month then I might go without getting... -
