DS-160 previous travel question for change of status to H1B

Hi! I have an approved change of status from F1 to H1B and am applying for visa stamping. For the question on previous travel to the US on my DS-160, should I just mention the dates my current visa is valid, or should I mention every time I have left and returned to the US (all under the same F1 visa)...

I am applying for a B1 / B2 renewal.

I have 2 US visas - a J2 (expired and latest) and a B1/B2 (not the latest, still active but about to expire).

I noticed that there is provision to enter only 1 Visa's details even though the wording says "Previous US Visas"....

Hi everyone,

My father-in-law is applying for a tourist visa to come visit my husband and I in the USA (with my mother-in-law). On the DS-160, it asks if the applicant has traveled to the USA previously and asks for the date(s). My father-in-law has been to the States on numerous occasions...
