Hi immihelpers,
My parents r planning to visit us this summer for 2 months (june 20th to Aug 20th), again I am planning to have them here for December for 6 months. Their last visit was in 2013.

Visa B2 Re-enter USA after 6months in Canada

I'm a french citizen, I came to the US with a visa B2 and stayed there for 6 months, then left to Quebec, in Canada, for almost 6 months now.
I would like to know if I could go back to the US just for 1 or 2 months(just the summer)

in Canada? I read on this site that you have to leave the entire North
American continent, but does it still apply if you have been out of
the US for a few months, just still on the North American continent?

Travel to Cancun - Mexico on F1 visa
Hi,
I am planning to go to Cancun- Mexico with a few friends during December Christmas on a F1-OPT Visa. Will I have any trouble in re-entering the US on that visa? Will a letter from my company saying that I have a job in the US be sufficient or will I need any other docs?
