Questions regarding reapplying for n400 naturalization

Hi, So my n400 application was recently denied due to insufficient physical presence requirement, i got my denial notice on 13-Aug-2020, now i'm planning to reapply as i'm well over the required physical presence limit. My questions were

1) Should I wait for the 30 day "appeal period"...

25 Aug 2018 my N400 denied due to physically presence ,, officer miscalculated my absent days as 934 ,in fact total absent is 890 days as my passports stamps ,
