About the question Do you have any immediate relatives, not including parents in te U.S.?
My child is a US Citizen but he lives with his father and i in Mexico should i answer yes to the question?I'm going in a business trip

I am preparing my DS160 for L1 visa. My spouse is currently in India, but expected to travel to USA in 4 weeks before my expected stamping appointment date.
