H1B Transfer RFE on education evaluation & minimum requirement of web developer.

Hi ,
I got an RFE for my H1B transfer asking for education evaluation document & Proof to show that Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement for this position(web developer).
Can we use an existing education evaluation doc which my previous employer got when filing my H1B intially...
