My H1B visa ends in 6 months ( max out), I got my visa approval when i am in US and do not have a stamped visa in passport yet. I now also posses my I140 approval. Got a family emergency and might need to travel in Oct-2017 , Can you please let me know

H1B VISA interview: Incorrect information in DS 160
Hi,
I have an interview scheduled for VISA stamping in India. By mistake I mentioned wrong USA Driving License number in DS-160. Will this create any problems?

I-140 for Dependents
I & my family are currently in the US based on my L1A. The visa stamping expired in Dec 2012, but we have I-94 till Oct 2015. Our max-out date of 7 years under L1A is in March 2015. My company might file I-140 now under EB1 and in my case since I will be in the US it will be adjustment of status....
