I've my passport with valid B1 and H1 visas in it. I've made travels on B1 visa but yet to travel in H1. I might travel in 2 months or later.
Today, now I want to renew my passport with a major name change. This change is not because of marriage. This is for a male application....

Applying for I-485 - First name on Visa does not match marriage document
I am applying for I-485 for my wife. However, her first name is consistent in all her documents but our marriage certificate, e.g. it's "N" in her I-94 and I-20 and "VN" for her marriage certificate.
Context:
She came in on an F-1 visa and the consulate messed...
